In asking Ritardo aereo to proceeded with your claim you are automatically accepting our terms and conditions.
Ritardoaereo.com is authorised to represent its client in their claim towards the flight company. Ritardoaereo.com has the right to act on behalf of the client and to follow all necessary legal, judicial and extrajudicial procedures until its closure. Ritardoaereo.com is explicitly authorized to initiate, conduct and negotiate all legal proceedings on behalf of the client and represent him against third parties. Furthermore, ritardoaereo.com, in order to handle the claim in the best of ways may avail professional help. Ritardoaereo.com has the legal right to obtain all information necessary for claims handled by competent organizations Regulation CE n. 261/04, Regulation CE n.889/02 and as by the Montreal convention, on behalf of the client.
The client declares that all information provided is correct, complete and truthful.
Ritardoaereo.com will handle claims free of charge. Charges will be made only if there is a positive outcome and reinbursment from which it shall retain 25% of the total sum, all inclusive of expenses. In case the claim fails the client will be informed via the e-mail provided upon completing the form.
The agreement with ritardoaereo.com is drafted according to Italian laws.
The client declares that he has not contacted other parties for his claim and that there are no outstanding legal procedures between him and the flight company. Only after we have informed him of a failure will he be allowed to take up proceedings with an other company.
Compensation will be paid on passenger's bank account only. Sensitive data is necessary as airlines require it to respond to complaints. The retention periods vary based on the timing of the complaint storage.
Ritardoaereo.com uses information provided by its customers, as described in the agreement, for the sole purpose of dealing with the customers claim in the most effective manner, in compliance with privacy policies. With the present the client agrees, as per privacy policies (L 196/03), to provide ritardoaereo.com with personal details which will be used for their claim.
Ritardoaereo.com will be allowed to contact its clients by phone or e-mail to gain further details necessary to proceed with their claim.
